Politique de retour et de remboursement
In accordance with our return policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your item to submit a return request.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@joieboutique.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. The return ticket is your responsibility. The cost of the return ticket is also your responsibility. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund even after 14 days, first check with your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider/company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we will advise you on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
We are pleased to announce that we do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase.
Return costs
No charge if the product was damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective. However, if the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and problems
Unfortunately, it may happen that your order is damaged upon delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about it. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@joieboutique.com . It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your email. We will replace the item free of charge.
Please do not return the item without sharing the photos with us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible.
No longer wants the product
The first step is to contact our customer service ( info@joieboutique.com ). With us, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancelation
Please check your order carefully before placing it, as no cancellations are possible once the order has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted or not. If accepted, a refund will be automatically sent within 14 days to your original payment method.
